Engineered Floor and Roof Systems

Senger Lumber can design the structural components for your project. The beams, joists, headers and roof trusses are designed specifically for each project. It’s the attention to details that sets us apart. With our design software and years of experience, we work to provide the materials, information and layouts you need to complete a structurally sound and code compliant structure. All floor and roof trusses are built “per job” and are unique to your project.

Home Design

Beginning with your ideas, Senger Lumber designs your project from the ground up. Our staff coordinates all aspects of your project throughout the design process… from the structural components to the kitchen cabinets. With one-on-one consultation, we can show you all our product lines and options available.
 

Kitchen Design

3-D computer kitchen designs to show you how your new kitchen will look.  Bring your measurements in or set up an appointment to do in-home measuring and consultation.  Expert installation of replacement and new construction countertops of all types. Bring in your kitchen drawing for a quote.

Wall Panels

Senger Lumber offers the option of panelized walls. Wall panels allow a structure to be erected quickly on site reducing exposure to the elements during construction. Much of the jobsite “clutter” is eliminated by not having building materials on the job. The wall panels are designed and manufactured at our facility in a dry environment insuring accuracy. Scaled layouts are provided to speed installation.

Installed Insulation

Guardian installed insulation including “Perfect-Fill” and conventional fiberglass batts. Installed insulation is available for new construction as well as existing homes.
